About the Role

We are looking for an ERPNext Implementer to lead ERPNext / Frappe implementation projects for BDC clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Gather client requirements and conduct business analysis.
  • Configure ERPNext (Modules: Accounts, Stock, Manufacturing, HR, CRM).
  • Create custom DocTypes, Workflows, Print Formats, and Reports.
  • Implement Data Migration using the Data Import Tool.
  • Train end-users and provide technical support.
  • Write project documentation (SRS, Test Cases, User Manuals).
  • Post Go-Live follow-up and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of ERPNext / Frappe implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with accounting, inventory management, and HR fundamentals.
  • Sufficient knowledge of Python and JavaScript for customization.
  • Familiarity with Frappe Framework (Hooks, Server Scripts, Client Scripts).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Experience managing Agile projects.
  • ERPNext Certified User / Implementer certification is a plus.
