About the Role

We are looking for a capable Product Manager to lead the strategy and vision of BDC SaaS products from inception to market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product vision and strategy in coordination with senior leadership.
  • Manage the Product Backlog and Roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and customer discovery interviews.
  • Write PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Define KPIs and track performance (Activation, Retention, MRR).
  • Launch new products/features and coordinate Go-To-Market.
  • Analyze usage data and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Technical background sufficient to communicate with engineers.
  • Proficiency with product tools (Jira, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel/Amplitude).
  • Strong analytical skills (SQL, advanced Excel, A/B Testing).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum / Lean methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels inside and outside the organization.
